The Sporting Globe in Greensborough is opening a brand-recent kitchen, and we’re seeking a Sous Chef who thrives when the kitchen is pumping. You’ll join the opening leadership team and work alongside the Head Chef to build the crew and set the standards from day one. You’ll help run a busy service, manage stock, monitor food costs, and drive food safety while coaching the team and stepping in when the Head Chef is away.
