Own pattern and fit development from first pattern through to production

Predominantly digital patternmaking, with manual pattern cutting and draping

Work closely with Design, Development and Machinists to bring concepts to life

Develop and refine complex, structured and fluid garments

Lead fittings and solve pattern, fit and construction challenges

Grade production-ready patterns across the full size range

Help maintain and elevate the brand’s signature fit, silhouette and patternmaking handwriting

What we're looking for

5+ years' senior patternmaking experience in premium, luxury or technically complex womenswear, bridal or lingerie.

Exceptional manual and digital patternmaking skills

Lectra preferred, however robust Gerber or other digital system experience will be considered

Advanced draping, fitting and garment construction knowledge

Experience with corsetry, lingerie, bridal, occasionwear or complex womenswear highly regarded

Strong understanding of fabrics, fit and construction

Someone who can interpret and elevate a design, not simply execute it
