The Role This role offers career development and one-on-one mentoring while gaining exposure to a wide variety of
corporate and commercial matters , including:
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
Advising on business structuring, governance and regulatory compliance
Supporting mergers, acquisitions and business sales
Managing general corporate advisory work for a diverse portfolio of clients
Working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex transactions
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
You will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver high-quality, commercial legal advice while contributing to the continued growth of the Sydney practice.
About You We are seeking a motivated and admitted lawyer with:
An interest in corporate and commercial law, experience preferred
Experience gained in a reputable private practice or in-house environment
Strong drafting and file management skills
A proactive mindset and genuine interest in business and commercial outcomes
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
