This is a great opportunity to be part of a modern food manufacturing environment, maintaining high-speed equipment and working alongside a dedicated team who produce ready‑made meals for major retail and food brands.

Rotating Night Shift Team

(this is a 5-5-4 shift pattern; you will work 14-days out of 28 days roster) giving you great work/life balance!!

What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a critical role in keeping our production lines running safely and efficiently. This includes:

Fault finding and breakdown response across automated production lines

Working with PLCs, drives, VSDs, conveyors and safety systems

Preventative and scheduled maintenance (PM & SM)

Contributing to a high‑performing, safety‑first engineering team

This is a hands‑on role in a high‑speed FMCG setting where no two days are the same.

What You Bring Experience in

industrial / FMCG manufacturing environments

Strong fault‑finding skills across

PLC & automation systems

Experience with conveyors, drives, VSDs and safety circuits

Ability to work under pressure and prioritise in a fast‑paced setting

Solid understanding of

HACCP, GMP and food safety standards

Hands‑on, proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving ability
