About the Role As a

Wellbeing Guide , you’ll work alongside individuals to identify goals, build social connections, access community supports, and improve overall wellbeing. Using a strengths-based and

person-centred approach, you’ll empower people to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life

About You We’re looking for a Social Worker who:

Holds a recognised qualification in Social Work

Is eligible or holds membership with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)

Is passionate about community wellbeing and social connection

Has solid communication and relationship-building skills

Demonstrates a commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice

Enjoys working collaboratively with individuals, communities and service providers

Holds a current Australian Driver Licence
