Your Next Big Opportunity | Designer – Interior Design and Architecture You will be a part of a multidisciplinary design team, working with the leadership of Associate Principals and Principals, that play a critical role in shaping the future of cities, districts, and communities through the integrated design of both urban design and architecture. What You’ll Be Owning Design Approach

Craft compelling design narratives, reports, and presentations that clearly articulate design intent.

Execute detailed drawings, diagrams, design illustrations, and digital models

Design Thinking

Integrate interior design and architecture insights by applyingeffective best practices in building design, building code, constructability, and development economics into design solutions.

Communication / Project Management

Engage in clear, proactive communication with stakeholders and team members, incorporating timely feedback into your work.





Self-manage tasks and coordinate design activities from ideation to resolution, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with project standards.

Self Leadership & Professional Development

Continuously update your technical skills and design knowledge by staying aware of evolving trends and best practices.

Contribute to a collaborative work environment by sharing insights, supporting peer reviews, and taking full ownership of your professional growth.

Is This You? Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture required

Master’s degree in architecture preferred

3+ years of professional experience required

Interest and/or appreciation for social issues preferred

Experience in workplace and residential projects preferred

Awareness of contemporary workplace strategy and design trends

Essential Skills

Experience working across a range ofbuildingtypologies

Proficiency inRevitrequired
