You will oversee governance, policy and digital improvements to support over 2,000 medical staff and ensure safe, efficient workforce operations across Melbourne's West. The role leads credentialing, recruitment support, and financial reporting while developing capability and strategic partnerships with clinical leaders. A robust governance focus and service excellence are essential.
