Area Manager – Gold Coast We’re seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee 10–15 OSHC services across the Gold Coast. This is a key leadership role focused on driving compliance, team performance, and service quality across multiple sites.

Manage day‑to‑day operations across multiple services

Act as Nominated Supervisor across your portfolio

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF)

Lead and support Program Leaders and Educators

Drive occupancy, performance, and community engagement

About you

Experience in a multi‑site leadership role (OSHC or Early Childhood)

Strong knowledge of NQF and compliance

Confident leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills

Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
