TeamViewer One Sales Specialist.

This is an exciting prospect for a commercially minded technology professional to play a key role in growing TeamViewer One solutions across our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partner network throughout Australia and New Zealand. About the role

In this 12 month contract role you will be responsible for TeamViewer One across our partner ecosystem, helping partners understand the value of the solution and supporting them throughout their journey — from initial evaluation and demonstration through to onboarding, enablement and transacting. This is a highly collaborative role combining

sales, technology, partner engagement and enablement . You will be comfortable having commercial conversations with decision-makers while also being able to demonstrate how technology can solve real business challenges. Drive

MSP partner engagement, onboarding and revenue growth

for TeamViewer One across the channel. Lead

product demonstrations, workshops, webinars and training , showcasing the technical and commercial value of the solution. Act as the

TeamViewer One subject matter expert , supporting partners and internal sales teams with Cloud, commercial and presales enquiries. Build strong partner relationships by understanding

MSP business needs and priorities





and aligning solutions to their requirements. Deliver

sales and technical enablement

to resellers and end users, while increasing internal awareness of TeamViewer One. Collaborate with

Synnex, TeamViewer and key stakeholders

to develop and refine the MSP offering and identify competitive differentiators. Maintain strong

vendor and partner engagement , including regular product cadence calls and ongoing solution development. Identify new opportunities and market trends to

increase adoption, differentiate the offering and drive growth

across the MSP channel. Skills and Experience

A university and/or TAFE degree preferably with a major in IT, engineering or relevant field; or 1 to 3 years’ related experience with a reputable Cloud Vendor, Software or a Solutions Provider Strong understanding of

Cloud solutions and the MSP/IT channel . Experience with

MSP technologies

such as PSA, RMM, Microsoft 365/Azure, Google Workspace/Cloud, AI or cybersecurity is advantageous. Strong

sales, relationship management and commercial acumen , with an understanding of subscription and consumption-based models. Excellent

communication, presentation and product demonstration

skills, with the ability to translate technology into business outcomes. Strong

problem-solving skills

and the ability to understand and develop complex technology solutions. A

proactive, collaborative and adaptable approach , with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
