We are seeking a M365 Engineer / Cloud Engineer to join our team and support a major Microsoft 365 transformation and tenant migration program within a secure government environment. This is an chance to work on a large-scale cloud and collaboration technology initiative involving Microsoft 365 migration, identity services, collaboration platforms, and modern workplace technologies Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical implementation, administration, and migration activities within Microsoft 365 environments Configure and support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Microsoft Copilot Execute migration activities for user identities, SharePoint Online content, and OneDrive data Support identity and access management controls, security policies, and governance requirements Perform testing, validation, troubleshooting, and remediation activities throughout the migration lifecycle Develop technical documentation, operational procedures,



and transition artefacts Collaborate with project teams, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes Essential Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience delivering Microsoft 365 migration and transformation projects Strong hands-on expertise across: Exchange Online SharePoint Online Microsoft Teams OneDrive for Business Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Microsoft Copilot Experience with tenant-to-tenant migration activities Identity and access management experience, including Conditional Access and authentication services Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to develop technical documentation and implementation artefacts Eligibility Requirements
