Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking for

experienced Solar Sales Consultants

to join our team across

Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia, Western Australia and Tasmania .

We are looking for both:

Face-to-Face Solar Sales Consultants

who are confident attending pre-qualified appointments and closing customers in their homes.

Phone-Based Solar Sales Consultants

who have the ability and experience to confidently sell and close solar and battery systems over the phone.

If you know how to sell solar over the phone and have a proven track record of closing deals remotely, we definitely want to hear from you.

What We Offer

Pre-qualified and confirmed appointments provided

$1,000–$4,500 commission per sale , depending on system size and package

Uncapped earning potential

Strong-performing consultants can achieve

5–8 sales per week

Solar and battery opportunities

Face-to-face

and

phone-based sales opportunities

No door knocking required

Strong administration and operational support

Competitive solar and battery packages

Regular flow of customer opportunities

Opportunities across multiple Australian states

Optional regional and interstate sales trips

Regional trips typically structured around

8–9 days away followed by 5–6 days off

Face-to-Face Sales For our face-to-face consultants, we provide

pre-qualified and confirmed customer appointments .

Your role is to meet the customer, understand their electricity usage and requirements,



recommend the appropriate solar and battery solution, and

close the sale .

You should be comfortable travelling within your allocated sales territory and conducting professional in-home consultations.

Phone-Based Sales If you're an experienced solar salesperson who knows how to

close deals over the phone , we also want to hear from you.

We're looking for people who can:

Confidently present solar and battery solutions remotely

Build trust and rapport with customers over the phone

Explain system options, savings, rebates and finance

Handle objections professionally

Follow up leads consistently

Convert qualified opportunities into signed contracts

What We're Looking For Previous solar sales experience is essential.

We're particularly interested in candidates with:

Proven residential solar sales experience

Solar and battery sales knowledge

Strong face-to-face

or phone-based closing ability

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills

A proven track record of achieving sales targets

Ability to work autonomously and stay motivated

Excellent follow-up skills

Qualified and customer-focused attitude

Reliability, resilience and a strong work ethic

Valid ABN

Locations We are currently looking for experienced sales consultants across:

Queensland | New South Wales | South Australia | Western Australia | Tasmania

Metro opportunities are available, with

optional regional and interstate road trips

for consultants who are happy to travel.
