Australian Caravan Centre – Burleigh Heads QLD Australian Caravan Centre are currently recruiting, and an excitingfull-time opportunity exists for an Aftermarket Sales Consultant to join our team at our dealershiplocated in Burleigh. As the Aftermarket Sales Consultant, you will work closely with customers and the Manufacturing Department to ensure smooth operations of customer and stock orders whilst having the opportunity to upsell the customers and receive attractive commissions. You will be responsible for placing all new stock and customer orders through the Manufacturing Department. Working closely with the customers to ensure their plans are developed and all needs are met prior to the production stage while delivering outstanding customer service every time. This is a fast-paced environment, and your workload will be consistent. Full time position Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Burleigh Heads location Base Salary plus Uncapped Commission | High Performers Earning $100K+ Your key responsibilities will be:





Process new stock and customer orders Process recent / Used stock purchases Assisting the customer through the approval process with their specifications, plans and colours for their caravan order Signing customers off for production Upselling of extras to existing orders Providing frequent updates to customers on the production status of their caravan Check in new orders when they arrive from the factory Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner Assisting in preparation work for caravan exhibitions About you:

2 + years of relevant customer service/ sales experience Experience in the industry desired but not essential Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively time manage and prioritise multiple tasks High proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and liaise with colleagues, customers, and visitors.
