About the role Kaishan Compressors requires the services of an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Keysborough based service team. Reporting directly to the General Manager Service & Operations , this role is responsible for customer support, business development and the management of service technicians and coordination staff required to support our extensive customer base. This person must have previous experience in a customer service managerial role. You would need to be a confident self-starter with the right attitude who is keen to learn and be focused on delivering productive, profitable and high-quality customer service whilst working with a committed team.

Responsibilities

Lead, manage and develop the Service team to achieve performance and operational efficiency





Manage day‑to‑day service operations, including job scheduling and technician allocation

Drive productivity, efficiency and timely repair order completion

Manage customer communication and satisfaction throughout the service process

Oversee invoicing, quoting, warranty administration and repair order accuracy

Ensure service manuals, systems, tools, equipment and vehicles are maintained to a high standard

Drive service department growth through active promotion and customer engagement

Prepare reports and performance reviews as required

Provide first level technical support to your technicians

Lead by example for all things safety related

Facilitate best in class service and support to our customer base through the leadership of our Victorian team. Develop relationships with key customers in order to improve customer retention through the provision of in office support, service, repairs and preventative maintenance ensuring customer equipment operates from "one service to the next" without fault.

Your experience will allow you to help diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions in conjunction with our field service technicians.

Qualifications / Experience

Have good written and verbal communication skills.

Be trade / tertiary qualified in a technically based field or industry.

Experience in providing leadership to a diverse group

Must have the right to work in Australia.

Be prepared to visit customers to develop business, build relationships and to resolve issues as required.

Air Compressor or related experience will be highly regarded

Strong computer and systems usage experience

Must be willing to exercise a hands on approach
