About the Role NRI is looking for a

Senior SAP HR/HCM/Payroll Consultant

to provide senior functional expertise across SAP HCM and Australian Payroll within our Managed Services Enterprise Applications team.

You’ll support business-critical HR and payroll environments across

Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits and ESS/MSS , with a strong focus on production support, compliance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

Provide Level 2 & 3 operational support across SAP HCM and Payroll

Configure and support

OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, ESS and MSS

Support payroll schemas, wage types, PCRs, time evaluation and absence quotas

Ensure compliance with Australian payroll, taxation and legislative requirements

Troubleshoot complex payroll and HCM issues

Develop functional specifications and support enhancements

Work closely with ABAP, Basis, Finance, Security and SuccessFactors teams

Support upgrades, support packs, SAP Notes, testing and deployments

Support data migration, interfaces and mass uploads

Drive automation,



optimisation and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

7+ years' SAP ECC6 functional consulting experience

Minimum

5 years' SAP HR/Payroll support experience

Extensive experience across

SAP OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, Benefits, ESS and MSS

Strong expertise in

Australian Payroll

Robust knowledge of taxation, payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types and compliance

Strong SAP configuration and production support experience

Experience with

LSMW and BDC

Knowledge of SAP OSS Notes, support packages, testing and release management

Strong ITSM/ServiceNow experience

Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and knowledge-transfer capability

Relevant SAP/industry certification highly regarded
