Key Responsibilities& Experience Strong leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop food & beverage staff. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on resolving enquiries and complaints professionally Operational management expertise including scheduling, inventory control, and cost management Solid knowledge of health, safety,



and food hygiene regulations with compliance enforcement Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams, departments, and stakeholders What You’ll Bring Led daily operations of a high-volume bar in a restaurant, hotel or bar. Good beverage knowledge including cocktails and wines. Supervised, trained, and developed team members to consistently meet performance and guest satisfaction targets Handled customer feedback and service recovery, maintaining high standards of guest experience Coordinated events, banquets, and catering services, ensuring seamless delivery and quality standards Strong communication skills, attention to detail and work ethic.
