We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join a fun and successful strata brokerage in Sydney.

Due to continued business growth, this is a newly created role. The role would suit someone who has 3 plus years in property, strata broking.

This role will provide you with managing your own portfolio of accounts, in a supportive and progressive working environment that provides excellent employee benefits.

THE ROLE

Manage a comprehensive portfolio management, overseeing individual client renewals from start to finish

Analysing client risk profiles and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver tailored risk solutions

Offering concise and informed general insurance advice to clients, involving the creation of detailed reports and coverage summaries

Skillfully negotiating with underwriters on behalf of clients, serving as a dedicated advocate.

Presenting renewal terms to clients

Diligent renewal management to secure business retention,



addressing policy inquiries, and managing alterations

WHO ARE YOU? The successful candidate must be able to manage, develop and maintain long term meaningful working relationships with key clients at all levels.

Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 3 years plus preferably

Experience across property/strata

High attention to detail and organisational skills

Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders

Positive attitude and driven to succeed
