First National Co Bridge Group is seeking an experienced Sales Manager / Sales Agent to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated real estate professional to build on an established client base and take their career to the next level with a reputable, well-supported agency.

Key responsibilities

Generate new business through daily prospecting, calls, door knocking, networking and database work

Manage buyers from initial enquiry through to sale

Conduct buyer callbacks and consistent follow-up

Invite buyers to new listings and open homes

Conduct and assist with open homes and property inspections

Service listings and vendors, and manage buyers throughout auction campaigns

Assist with negotiations and sales, and manage the contract-to-settlement period

Conduct property appraisals and secure new listings

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and referral clients

Coordinate and assist with property marketing campaigns

About you

Minimum 2–3 years' experience in residential real estate sales

Proven ability to list and sell residential property

Experience conducting property appraisals and listing presentations

Strong understanding of contracts, sales processes and property marketing

Excellent negotiation and communication skills





Self-motivated with strong business development and lead generation skills

Current NSW Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration

Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle

Ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese would be a significant advantage
