iDlvr is building the Uber and Uber Eats of construction — combining on-demand delivery with a marketplace built specifically for tradies, builders and construction suppliers. We're looking for someone creative, organised and hands-on who can own the role from end to end across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn. This role requires complete ownership of content and social media function — you will drive ideas, planning, shooting, editing, posting, engagement, analysis and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Own the weekly content calendar and content ideation and planning Organise and manage shoots and shoot short-form content Edit engaging, social-first videos and post across all platforms Manage the appearance of social profiles Create weekly engagement pieces including polls, giveaways and campaigns Plan and manage collaborations with tradies, builders, suppliers, creators, industry personalities, brands and customers Reach out to creators, tradies, suppliers and brands to create collaboration opportunities Manage community engagement and track performance Identify what is working and what needs to change, and continually bring current ideas and opportunities to the business About you You might currently be a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, Videographer/Editor,



Content Producer, or Creative Lead You naturally take responsibility for an outcome You are confident across the entire content process rather than specialising in only one part of it You are comfortable getting out of the office, visiting suppliers and jobsites, working with tradies and capturing content as things happen Initiative, creativity, organisation and ownership are essential Construction experience is not essential About us iDlvr is building the Uber and Uber Eats of construction — combining on-demand delivery with a marketplace built specifically for tradies, builders and construction suppliers.
