Drive Growth in Australia's Fastest Growing Mission-Critical Infrastructure Sector SKS Technologies is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Account Manager to join our Melbourne-based Client Services & Data Centre Solutions team.

This is a unique opportunity to manage and grow relationships within one of the world's largest mission-critical technology environments, supporting a portfolio of high-profile data centre facilities and infrastructure projects.

Working closely with operational, sales, project delivery and technical teams, you will be responsible for developing trusted client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring exceptional service outcomes across electrical, communications, maintenance and infrastructure solutions.

About the Role As an Account Manager, you will act as the primary relationship lead for key client stakeholders, ensuring SKS remains a trusted partner while identifying opportunities to expand our service offering and presence across multiple sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing strategic client relationships across multiple sites and stakeholders

Identifying and securing new opportunities

Developing account plans and growth strategies

Prepare estimates, quotations and proposals

Review drawings, scopes and specifications

Obtain supplier and subcontractor pricing

Working closely with operational and delivery teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomes

Driving pipeline growth and achieving revenue and margin targets

Monitoring client satisfaction and proactively addressing issues

Representing SKS at industry and client events

About You You are a relationship-focused professional who understands the importance of trust, service delivery and long-term partnership development.

You will ideally bring:

Proven experience in Account Management, Project Management or Business Development

Experience within data centres, critical infrastructure, electrical services, technology infrastructure,



facilities management or related industries

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Ability to engage confidently with executives, facility managers and operational stakeholders

Experience managing complex customer environments with multiple sites and stakeholders

Strong reporting, forecasting and pipeline management capability

Excellent communication and presentation skills

A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
