We are looking for an experienced
Client Success Manager
to join the team in Melbourne/Geelong.
Client Success Managers (CSMs) are responsible for delivering revenue growth in 1 or more client accounts.
For their client, they are the key representative the delivery organisation and are responsible for coordinating all activities and personnel within their account(s).
CSMs are core to the development and delivery of strategic objectives and financial goals.
Qualifications
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent senior experience
8+ years in technology service delivery and leadership roles
Experience with government clients preferred
Strategic planning and execution
Leading large, diverse teams
Financial management (P&L;, cost optimisation)
Complex problem-solving across functions
Executive client engagement and escalation management
Core Responsibilities
Serve as the executive Single Point of Contact for all account delivery
Mobilise and align delivery teams to meet client objectives and contractual commitments
Lead resolution of critical incidents and high-risk projects
Oversee performance against SLAs, financial targets, and client satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement and strategic growth for the account
Prepare and deliver executive presentations for key governance forums
