Support business change, operational readiness, and benefits realisation initiatives.

Ensure alignment with Queensland Government ICT governance and procurement requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

Strong experience in analysing and documenting ICT system requirements.

Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with ICT project implementation within the public sector.

A relevant qualification in technology, business analysis, or a related field.
