Downer is seeking a Scaffold Supervisor to lead scaffold crews across maintenance and project works within its Industrial & Energy business. This permanent full time role focuses on developing people, building a positive team culture and delivering work safely and efficiently. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, plan activities, and manage site relationships with clients, supervisors and work crews. A strong safety mindset and leadership presence are essential.
