Aware Super is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the Marketing Practice within the Retirement Engagement Squad, guiding multi-channel campaigns and personalised member journeys. You will collaborate with product, data and external agencies to turn insights into effective campaigns that support better retirement outcomes. This is a Max Term role until August 2027 with a hybrid work arrangement in Sydney or Melbourne, enabling flexibility while delivering impactful campaigns for 1.1 million
