Early Childhood Educators & Room Leaders – Multiple Locations Full-Time & Casual | Milperra | Bass Hill | Revesby | Flinders Bankstown

Strive Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to join our growing team across multiple locations.

We currently have opportunities available at Milperra, Bass Hill, Revesby and Flinders Bankstown, with both Full-Time and Casual positions available.

About the Role As an Early Childhood Educator or Room Leader, you will:

Provide high-quality education and care in a safe, nurturing and inclusive workplace.

Prioritise the safety, rights, wellbeing and best interests of children in all decisions and practices.

Support children’s learning, development, voice, agency and participation.

Contribute to educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Build robust, respectful and professional relationships with children, families and colleagues.

Maintain accurate documentation and learning records.

Support daily routines and engaging learning environments.

Follow the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), Education and Care Services National Regulations,



and Strive ELC policies and procedures.

Demonstrate and uphold contemporary child-safe practices and professional boundaries.

Actively contribute to a culture where child safety is everyone’s responsibility.

Room Leaders Will Also

Lead, mentor and support educators within the room.

Guide curriculum planning and educational practice.

Support team members in maintaining high-quality and child-secure practices.

Promote a strong child-safe culture within the learning environment.

Support children’s voice, rights and agency.

Work closely with the Centre Director and Educational Leader.

Ensure practices within the room align with the EYLF, NQF, NQS and NSW Child Safe Standards.

About You We are looking for educators who have:

A Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.

Previous experience in early childhood education and care.

Knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and NQS.

A robust understanding of child protection, contemporary child-safe practices and the NSW Child Safe Standards.

A commitment to ensuring the safety, rights, wellbeing and best interests of children are the paramount consideration.

A strong understanding of professional boundaries and appropriate conduct when working with children.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

A positive and professional attitude.

A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing.





Educators currently working towards an approved qualification are also encouraged to apply where applicable.

Required Certifications Successful applicants will be required to hold or provide:

Valid NSW Working with Children Check, which will be verified prior to employment

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification

Current Child Protection Certificate

Foundations of Child Secure , Gecko Training Certificate.

Current National Police Check.
