Design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications using

AI-enabled SDLC practices

across the full development lifecycle — from requirements and design (AI-assisted specs, user stories) to coding (AI pair-programming/copilots), testing (AI-generated test cases, automated QA), code review, and deployment (AI-assisted CI/CD, monitoring, and incident triage) Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release monitoring Champion best practices for code quality, performance, accessibility, and security across platforms Evaluate and integrate AI tools/agents (e.g., code generation, automated testing, documentation generation) to improve engineering velocity and quality Mentor junior engineers on both technical delivery and AI-assisted workflows Participate in architectural decisions balancing web/mobile code reuse, performance, and maintainability Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements, including AI-driven build/test optimization Senior Software Engineer - Full-Stack & Mobile (AI-Enabled Development) • Sydney, NSW, AU
