Supervising and organising the crew Allocating daily tasks and coordinating materials Liaising with clients and suppliers Maintaining high standards of workmanship Helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and on time Carrying out and overseeing both hardscape and softscape work About you

Strong experience in residential landscaping or a related trade The ability to lead, organise and motivate a small team Pride in delivering high-quality, detail-focused work Good communication and a professional approach with clients and suppliers A reliable, practical and hands-on attitude A current driver's licence for site travel Competitive salary, depending on experience and capability Company vehicle provided Varied work including planting, paving, stonework, retaining walls, tiling, steelwork and detailed garden finishes The prospect to lead a small crew and take responsibility for projects from start to finish
