. Minimum 1-2 years of retail and proven track record or relevant experience in similar position managing a sales team . Ability to lead, train, develop and motivate team members . Ability to collect, assemble and analyze data and KPIs . Energetic, highly committed, and with passion for exceeding client expectations. . Excellent communication, client service and problem-solving skills . Understanding on fashion trends, strong business acumen, and knowledge on dress collocation . Flexible availability to work throughout the week, weekends, and public holidays
