We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst

to support a strategic review of an organisation’s

Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Enterprise Resilience capabilities . This role will suit a Business Analyst with experience in

BCM, BIA, risk, resilience, governance or consulting , who is confident working with stakeholders and developing high-quality documentation and deliverables. Key Responsibilities

Support

current-state assessments

of BCM and Enterprise Resilience capabilities Assist with and facilitate

Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops Conduct stakeholder interviews and document findings Review and analyse existing

BCM frameworks, policies, processes and documentation Support maturity assessments and

gap analysis against ISO 22301

and relevant risk frameworks Develop and update

BCM documentation, templates and resilience playbooks Support development of





implementation roadmap Assist with executive-level reports, presentations and client deliverables Work closely with the Lead Consultant and wider project team to ensure quality and consistency of outputs About You

Experience as a

Business Analyst, Senior Business Analyst or Consultant Strong experience in

BCM, BIA, Enterprise Resilience, Risk or Governance Hands-on experience supporting or conducting

BIA workshops Strong analytical, documentation and report-writing skills Experience developing

frameworks, processes, templates or playbooks Understanding of

ISO 22301

and BCM best practice Robust stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills Experience within

Australian Government or highly regulated environments

is highly desirable
