An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Service Technician to join a well-established and respected provider of electronic security solutions. Supporting a diverse client base, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and troubleshooting alarm systems, access control and CCTV systems across a range of commercial, government and private sector environments. This is a hands-on role suited to a technically capable professional who enjoys autonomy, problem-solving and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

Service, maintain and repair electronic security systems, including alarms, CCTV and access control solutions. Respond to scheduled maintenance and service requests. Accurately record job information and service reports using digital systems. Communicate effectively with clients and provide professional in office support. Participate in an after-hours roster and ongoing technical training.



Maintain safety, quality and compliance standards at all times. About You

Experience servicing electronic security systems. Strong fault-finding and technical troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Well organised with strong time management skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
