Key responsibilities Conducting thorough client consultations and assessments to understand individual needs, goals and concerns Developing personalised treatment plans based on each client's presentation and treatment goals Delivering high-quality remedial massage using a range of appropriate techniques Providing professional, compassionate and client-centred care Maintaining accurate client records and treatment notes Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and supporting client retention Working collaboratively with other practitioners within the clinic to support coordinated client care Maintaining a high standard of professionalism, hygiene and workplace safety Participating in team discussions, meetings and relevant career development opportunities About you Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent qualification Current professional association membership and appropriate insurance Strong understanding of anatomy,
