An outstanding opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Property Manager looking for a genuinely well-supported role in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

The Role

Manage an established residential portfolio

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants

Manage arrears, maintenance, rent reviews and renewals

Handle NCAT and more complex tenancy matters when required

Oversee portfolio compliance and landlord communication

Work closely with your dedicated Leasing Consultant and admin support

No accounts, no leasing, no Saturdays

About You

Experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager

Previous residential real estate experience is essential

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence

Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation

Confident managing landlords and complex matters

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Current driver's licence
