Lead the development, creation, and curation of engaging content to promote Courts Group's employer brand and attract top talent. What you need

Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, with a strong track record in sourcing, recruitment marketing, and talent strategy. Expertise in leveraging social media, job boards, and contemporary sourcing techniques to build a strong, engaged talent pipeline. Expertise in managing and optimising talent attraction platforms and tools, including Seek, LinkedIn, and other recruitment marketing tools.
