Digital Performance Marketer - SEO, Google Ads + Meta Ads

Justice Network is a growing national law firm operating across multiple legal brands and practice areas throughout Australia. Our work covers areas including family law, criminal law, commercial litigation, construction, wills and estates, strata, conveyancing and migration. We operate a significant digital footprint across multiple websites, locations and advertising accounts, with a strong focus on generating high-quality client enquiries through search and paid media. We are looking for a hands-on Digital Performance Marketer to help drive that growth. About the role

This role will focus primarily on SEO, Google Ads and Meta Ads. We want someone who understands digital marketing strategy but is also comfortable getting into the platforms and implementing the work. You will work across a portfolio of legal brands, websites and campaigns, helping us identify where growth opportunities exist and then executing them. What you'll be doing

Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns

Building and improving Meta Ads campaigns

Improving SEO performance across multiple law firm websites

Conducting keyword and competitor research

Identifying new landing page and content opportunities

Improving existing pages that have ranking potential

Monitoring Google Search Console, GA4 and advertising data

Reviewing search terms and reducing wasted advertising spend





Improving landing pages and conversion rates

Managing conversion tracking through GA4, GTM and Meta

Supporting local SEO and Google Business Profile performance

Working with developers, content writers and designers to implement improvements

Analysing campaign performance and identifying the next highest-impact opportunities

We want someone who can look at a campaign, website or set of data and say: "Here is what is wrong, here is what we should do next, and I can implement it." What we're looking for

You should have robust practical experience with: SEO

Google Ads

Meta Ads

Google Analytics 4

Google Search Console

Google Tag Manager

Conversion tracking

Landing page optimisation

You should also be commercially minded and understand that the goal is not simply more traffic or cheaper clicks. The goal is more quality enquiries and better return on marketing spend. The opportunity

You will be working across a large and growing portfolio of legal brands, giving you the opportunity to test strategies across different practice areas, markets and locations. There is significant scope to take ownership of campaigns, experiment with new ideas and directly influence the growth of Justice Network. Experience in legal services, professional services or other competitive lead-generation industries will be highly regarded.
