About the Role Based at our Menangle Park Display Home, you will manage the full sales process — from initial enquiry through to signed contract — while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll be supported with

our practical designs , a premium product range, and an experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with walk-in clients and online enquiries

Guide customers through the home building journey

Understand client needs and recommend suitable home designs

Manage and convert leads into signed contracts





Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management

Achieve and exceed sales targets

Ensure display homes are presented to a high standard

About You

Proven experience in new home sales (essential)

Robust track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Confident in managing the full sales process and closing deals

Highly organised with strong follow-up skills

Professional presentation and communication skills

Driven, competitive, and motivated to earn

You must be available to work weekends, as this is a key part of the role.
