Designing, building, and enhancing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines Driving DevSecOps best practices across development teams Implementing and integrating code security scanning solutions Supporting AI-assisted code quality and security initiatives Automating deployment, testing, and release processes Collaborating closely with engineering, security,



and delivery stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve platform reliability, security, and developer experience What We're Looking For

Strong commercial experience with

Azure DevOps Proven expertise in

CI/CD pipeline design and implementation Solid

Python

scripting and automation skills Experience working within DevSecOps environments Hands-on experience with security and code scanning tools such as:

Snyk mDash Microsoft AI-powered code scanning/security solutions

Robust communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise environments Bonus Points

Technical leadership experience Experience mentoring engineers or leading delivery teams Background in application security, vulnerability management, or secure software development Exposure to AI-assisted software engineering tools and practices What's On Offer
