We're a modern, cloud-based accounting firm experiencing strong growth and are looking for an Intermediate Accountant who wants genuine career progression, exposure to quality clients and the opportunity to develop into a Senior Accountant role.

About the Role You will manage a portfolio of clients and be responsible for delivering high-quality accounting and taxation services.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparation of financial statements
Preparation of income tax returns
BAS preparation and lodgements
Client communication and relationship management
Workflow and job management
Assisting clients with accounting and taxation queries
Working closely with senior team members on more complex client matters
As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and progress into more senior roles within the firm.

What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who:
Has experience within a public practice accounting firm
Has strong technical accounting and taxation skills
Communicates professionally with clients and colleagues
Is organised and able to manage multiple deadlines
Takes pride in delivering quality work
Enjoys working as part of a team
Wants to continue developing their career
Experience with Xero and cloud accounting systems will be highly regarded.
