They want a Parabroker who treats this as step one — you'll master complex deal structuring supporting the brokers, then step up to writing your own loans on a pathway that's already proven internally.
What you’ll do
Prepare and submit complex residential loan applications end-to-end
Own lender requirements, servicing, policy queries and documentation
Coordinate brokers, clients, lenders and settlement to keep deals moving
Track multiple applications and keep everyone updated
Cut your teeth on HNW, SMSF, trust and self-employed structures

Who you are
Experience as a Parabroker, Broker Support or Loan Processor — or a credit/assessment background at a lender looking to move into broking
Strong on residential lending: lender policy, servicing, documentation
Sharp with detail, calm across multiple files, confident with brokers and clients
Ambitious, organised and genuinely set on becoming a broker
Passionate about property and building your own wealth
Live within ~30 minutes of Bundoora — this is an in-office, team-first culture
