This is a newly created role designed to support the continued growth of Everyday Wealth. You'll work directly alongside our experienced advisers, gaining exposure to the complete financial planning process rather than being limited to one small part of it. From day one you'll be involved in real client strategies,



technical advice preparation and implementation while developing the knowledge and experience required to progress towards becoming a Financial Adviser. This role is designed for someone who already has practical experience working within a financial planning practice and is ready to take the next step in their career. Your Career Pathway

Your career pathway may look something like: Senior Associate Adviser Professional Year (PY) Financial Adviser Building your own client relationships and ongoing review portfolio Senior Financial Adviser As the business continues to grow, new opportunities for leadership, mentoring and adviser development will continue to be created. What You'll Be Doing

Working closely with our advice team, you'll gain exposure across every stage of the advice process, including: Research and strategy development Financial modelling and analysis Preparing Records of Advice (ROAs) Assisting with Statements of Advice (SOAs) Coordinating implementation of advice recommendations Communicating with clients, accountants, solicitors, lenders, insurers and product providers Preparing client review documentation Supporting advisers during client meetings Progressively taking greater ownership of client relationships Contributing to continuous improvement of systems, processes and technology About You

We're looking for someone who

already has practical experience working within a financial planning practice

and wants to continue building their career. You’ll ideally bring:



Experience working within an Australian financial planning business Practical experience preparing or assisting with ROAs and SOAs A strong understanding of the end-to-end advice process Experience supporting Financial Advisers with strategy, research and implementation Excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills A qualified and proactive approach Excellent organisational skills Confidence working directly with clients and professional stakeholders A genuine passion for financial advice and helping clients achieve better outcomes Most importantly, you’re looking for more than just your next job. Experience using Xplan or similar financial planning software Progress towards completing a relevant financial planning degree Understanding of ASIC regulatory requirements and compliance obligations Experience working with superannuation, insurance and investment implementation What We Offer
