The Role Group Four are currently looking for a full-time VBA registered Building Inspector to service the East and Central/Metro Melbourne region.

Reporting directly to the Inspections Team Leader, you will be responsible for carrying out mandatory onsite inspections in line with approved documentation, delivering a level of service and professionalism that reflects Group Four Building Surveyors’ standards.

Your role will entail (but is not limited to):

Conducting mandatory inspections to a high standard & maintaining consistency and care following all procedures and standards upheld by Group Four

Being punctual and maintaining thorough and timely communication with customers and the team

Processing inspection results for each job and ensuring all results are completed by end of same day

Responding positively and punctually within specified timelines to customer and team requests

Carrying out both mandatory and quality assurance inspections

Assisting and participating in team training for building inspectors

About You

Registered with the VBA (Victorian Building Authority) as a Limited Inspector

High energy / high performing team member

A team player

Strong technical skills

Deliver exceptional service by demonstrating ‘easy to do business with’ behaviours

Able to service the East/Central and Metro Melbourne area

Have a white/red card
