We are looking for a motivated and reliable subbie
Senior Glazier/Installer
to work on a variety of commercial aluminium window and door projects. You will take the lead on certain projects, ensuring all installations are completed to the highest standard, including precise glazing, fitting, and caulking. This role offers the opportunity to work across
diverse projects
with a focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
Installation of
aluminium windows, doors,
and glazing systems Lead and supervise installations on-site where required High-quality caulking and finishing of frames and glazing Reading and interpreting shop drawings and site plans Ensuring compliance with safety standards and site requirements Communicating with project managers, builders, and clients Training and guiding junior team members Skills & Experience Required
Minimum
5 years’ experience
in aluminium window/door glazing and installation Robust caulking and finishing skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Sound knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices Current driver’s licence (manual preferred) White Card and relevant trade qualifications highly regarded Working with Children Check What We Offer
