You’ll bring:

Operating model and organisational design experience Enterprise transformation experience in complex global organisations HR/PX transformation experience Oracle Fusion HCM exposure preferred Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing capability Ability to translate strategy into practical business outcomes This role will utilise Microsoft Copilot (Copilot Chat and Agents) to support content development, planning, analysis and execution activities.
