Manager , the purpose of this role is to provide support, guidance and technical advice to line management and site workers in relation to HSE, ensuring the team maintains a safe workplace/workplace across all locations. Your responsibilities will include:
· Assisting drill crews in Risk Management process · Conducting Inspections and Audits at remote locations · Assisting with incident investigations using the ICAM process · Lead the review and development of operational procedures and work instructions · Maintain data and registers in HSE Management software · Participate in the development of WHS planning, policies and procedures · Complete testing and tagging in remote locations Download Travel Guides About You: Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the mining industry, preferably with exposure to diamond drilling. The preferred candidate will have a minimum diploma level qualifications in WHS and ICAM training. Experienced in coaching supervisors and frontline workers. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional time management and organisational skills; the ability to travel long distances and work on remote sites. Salary and FIFO rosters; preference is 2/1.
