This is an opportunity to work with a business whose products are regularly specified across high-end residential, commercial and hospitality projects, partnering directly with architects, interior designers, builders and developers.

The focus is firmly on A&D; specification and project sales, developing relationships, getting involved early in the design process and influencing projects from specification through to completion.

The Role As the Melbourne A&D; rep, you’ll be responsible for building and strengthening relationships across the architectural and design community, identifying upcoming projects and positioning the business across the right specifications.

You’ll be dealing with established industry contacts while continuing to develop recent relationships and uncover opportunities across Melbourne's high-end project market.

This is a relationship-led role suited to someone who understands how projects are won, how specifications are influenced and how to build credibility with architects and designers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers and builders

Identify upcoming projects and engage with key stakeholders early in the design process

Drive product specification across high-end residential, multi-residential, hospitality and commercial projects

Manage projects from initial engagement and specification through to completion

Build a strong pipeline of new project opportunities across Melbourne.





Present to architectural and design practices and provide product and project guidance

Prepare quotes, pricing submissions and project proposals

Track project activity, specifications and upcoming opportunities

Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are supported through to delivery

Represent the business at industry events, design practices and relevant project meetings

What We’re Looking For

Proven B2B sales experience within the A&D;, architectural specification or project environment

Existing relationships across architects, interior designers, developers and/or builders

Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and specification process

Commercially minded with the ability to identify and develop new opportunities

Confident presenting and influencing stakeholders at all levels

Strong relationship-building skills and a genuine interest in design and architecture

Self-motivated, organised and capable of managing a project pipeline independently

Experience working with a manufacturer where understanding lead times and project delivery is important
