Working within a supportive multidisciplinary Child and Adolescent Mental Health team, you'll provide peer-based support to families and carers of young people experiencing mental health challenges, helping them access the information, services and resources they need throughout their journey. What you need
Current drivers licence (or a willingness to travel in accordance with the demands of the position). Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or willingness and commitment to obtain. Personal lived or living experience as a family member or carer for a young person with a mental health condition between 0-17 and ability to utilise the lived experience to support other carers in their own mental health caring journey.
