Assistance with hygiene and ADLs Providing emotional & social support to clients and their families Assistance with light domestic duties Providing respite opportunities for families Supporting medication administration To ensure success in this role, you should be able to demonstrate a genuine interest for supporting and helping others, whilst maintaining professionalism, dignity, and respect towards clients and their families throughout your interactions. Qualifications & experience

Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent Minimum 2 years professional experience as a support worker/personal carer, preferably in the aged care or community setting Current First Aid, CPR,



and Manual Handling Certificates Skills

Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills Robust written and verbal English language skills Ability to work autonomously, within your scope of practice Other requirements
