Maxijet Australia, a growing and well-established wholesale company specialising in water pumps and irrigation systems, is seeking a Full time Bookkeeper to support our expanding operations.

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced individual who can manage the company’s day-to-day financial functions, including BAS, payroll, and ATO lodgments, while working closely with our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll processing and reconciliations

Accounts payable and supplier payment preparation

Accounts receivable, customer receipts and collections

Customer invoicing and account reconciliations

Bank and balance-sheet reconciliations

BAS and ATO lodgements

Invoice finance uploads and reconciliations





Cash-flow reporting and forecasting

Month-end processing

Monthly management and director reporting

General accounts administration

About You

Strong bookkeeping and accounting experience

Experience with MYOB AccountRight or similar.

Good knowledge of payroll, GST, BAS, AP and AR

Strong Excel skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Well organised and able to meet deadlines

Confident preparing financial and management reports

Proactive, dependable and a positive team player
