As a Sales Representative, you will play an important role in driving business growth for a purpose-driven not-for-profit organisation. Working alongside an experienced, supportive and collaborative team, you will help organisations create safer workplaces, protect vulnerable people, and meet their compliance obligations through our services.

Key responsibilities

Manage inbound enquiries and qualify opportunities

Deliver onboarding and customer training sessions

Conduct customer account reviews and engagement activities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities

Progress opportunities through the sales pipeline

Follow up prospects and customers in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within Monday CRM

Support customer retention, renewal, and account growth activities

About you

Experience in business development, sales, account management, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role





Robust communication and relationship-building skills

The ability to confidently engage customers and lead conversations

Experience presenting products, services, or solutions to customers

Strong sales judgement and commercial awareness

The ability to identify opportunities and guide customers through the decision-making process

Confidence in responding to customer questions and objections

Excellent organisational and time management skills

A proactive, self-motivated, and accountable approach to work

Experience using CRM systems to manage opportunities and customer interactions
