Whether you’re someone with already strong technical skills and aptitude or someone who wants to learn a unique trade, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a stable and rewarding role. About the Role As an Assembly Operator, you’ll play a key role in assembling transformer components and structures in accordance with engineering drawings and work instructions. Your craftsmanship directly impacts product quality, reliability and performance. Day shift position -

6:00am to 2:30pm Afternoon shift positions

- 2.40pm to 11.00pm What you'll be doing: Fitting and installing transformer cores, windings, insulation components, steel structures and associated hardware. Using hand tools, power tools and measuring equipment to complete assembly work accurately. Reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings, schematics and work instructions. Interpreting technical drawings and work instructions Maintaining high levels of accuracy,
