You will coordinate with the Head of Customer Experience, log outcomes in the CRM, and escalate issues when required. The role is remote in Australia, 6-month contract with potential to extend, 9:00am–5:30pm, Mon–Fri. Experience with HubSpot or Pipedrive and a patient-first approach are valued.
