Growth Marketing Coordinator

to join our Business Development team and help grow the online presence of our sector brands through engaging content, social media, website management, and on-site storytelling. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day execution of content marketing across multiple Compass Group brands. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is social media savvy, enjoys creating content, and wants to build their marketing skills in a fast-paced, supportive workplace. You'll help manage brand websites and LinkedIn pages, create blogs and case studies, support targeted marketing campaigns, and spend time on-site capturing compelling stories that showcase our people, services, and client partnerships. Key Responsibilities

Manage social media content across multiple brand channels Create, schedule, and publish engaging content Write blogs, articles,



and website content with an SEO focus Develop and update capability statements and sales collateral Capture photo and video content at sites, events, and activations Create campaigns from staff stories, case studies, and site content Collaborate with Brand and Inside Sales teams on marketing initiatives About You

Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in a marketing, content, or communications role Strong copywriting and content creation skills Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars Understanding of SEO and website content management Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills Able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously Desirable Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Video editing experience Basic HTML knowledge Experience capturing photo and video content Hospitality or B2B marketing experience If you're a content-driven marketer who enjoys storytelling, social media, and creating engaging campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
